Mosimane made history last Friday when he led Al Ahly to a record-extending ninth CAF Champions League title to become only the third coach to lift a second continental crown with two different clubs.
Mosimane previously won the competition with Mamelodi Sundowns in 2016.
After beating fellow Egyptian side Zamalek, Mosimane has earned plenty of plaudits following his success just two months since leaving South African shores, according to the KickOff website.

Zinnbauer believes there is still much more to come from ‘Jingles’.
“We know what he can do. He did this very well here in this league and he makes it in another league now, congratulations,” said Zinnbauer.
“He’s a top coach with a top work in the past and now you see in the present it’s the same. I’m happy for him, congratulations, and I know in the next year he’ll win 100 percent titles.”
This year alone Mosimane has won the Absa Premiership, Telkom Knockout, Nedbank Cup, the Egyptian league and now the CAF Champions League.
Al Ahly take on Al Ittihad in the semi-finals of the Egyptian Cup on Tuesday evening at the New Suez Stadium, with Mosimane looking to make it an incredible sixth trophy in 2020.
